ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Policy

In Clinker and Cement Production activities that we carry out, we, as Traçim Senior Management, UNDERTAKE;

  • To ensure continuity in "Customer Satisfaction" by closely following the developments in the cement and ready-mixed concrete sector and producing quality products and solutions in the most appropriate standard for the needs of domestic and international customers with qualified manpower,
  • • To apply effective and efficient methods to receive customer suggestions and complaints, to encourage staff to resolve complaints, to use incoming suggestions and complaints within the scope of continuous improvement in accordance with its purpose, to create written methods related to handling, resolving the complaint and informing the customer and to ensure that all employees comply with these methods, thus to continuously improve our customer satisfaction system, to ensure the existence of the necessary resources to achieve our goals and objectives,
