The union activities of our employees are carried out under the umbrella of the Turkish Cement, Ceramic, Earth and Glass Industry Workers' Union (T.ÇİMSE-İŞ). We have been a member of the Aggregate Manufacturers Association (AGUB) since 2001, the Turkish İMSAD (Construction Material Industrialists Association, THBB Ready Mixed Concrete Association Membership), the Central Anatolian Exporters' Association since 2010, and the Cement Industry Employers' Union (ÇEİS) since 2016.
TRAÇİM Executive Board Member Mr. Cem Tüfekçi works at TUSIAD (Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association) as the Head of TUSIAD Earthquake Task Force. It carries out studies on earthquake resistance preparations of industrial establishments.
