In Traçim Çimento's Quality Control Laboratories in its facility, which has TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate, the standard quality tests required for cement and ready-mixed concrete production are carried out using instrumented and wet analysis methods.
In addition to the physical, chemical and mechanical tests of the cement produced in the laboratories, whose main mission is to serve customer needs; Physical and chemical tests and conformity assessment of the raw material sources used can also be done. Cement, which was considered as a "product" in the past, has become the "raw material" of the Ready-Mixed Concrete industry depending on the advancing technology. For this reason, the behavior of cement in concrete is also important. In the Ready-Mixed Concrete laboratory established for this purpose, concrete trials in various classes are carried out on a regular basis along with the daily cement production.
The compatibility of cement and concrete additives used in the production of concrete, aggregate and concrete additives, and the raw materials of chemicals used in ready-mixed concrete additives used in the market, were conducted and the information and results obtained were shared with all concerned, including customers. Studies on the effect of the produced cement in concrete are still continuing in Traçim Cement laboratories in a multi-faceted manner.
